How to create your first landing page

Your landing page is where attendees go to download your content and leave their contact details. You can create one in less than 2 minutes.

You can view our step-by-step walkthrough here or follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your dashboard here

Go to your dashboard and click “New Session”

2. Add your event details

Fill in the basics:

  • Event name – this appears on your landing page and in your ROI report

  • Event date – we’ll use this to prompt you for follow-up data

  • Logo / Image – this appears at the top of your landing page

3. Upload your lead magnet or giveaways

This is what attendees get when they submit the form. You can upload:

  • A PDF (slides, checklist, eBook, etc.)

  • A link to an external page or video

  • An Image file

  • More coming soon....

4. Content Access Rules

Set rules for how attendees can access this content.

You can:

  • One-Time Access: If enabled, attendees can only view the content once. The link will expire after a single use.
  • Always Available: If enabled, the content will remain accessible indefinitely. Overrides any expiry date.

  • Content Available Until: Set a date after which the content will no longer be accessible.

5. Share your link / QR Code

Once saved, your landing page is live.

You’ll get a unique URL and a QR code. Use them:

  • On your presentation slides

  • At your booth

  • In follow-up emails

  • On social media

When someone fills in the form, they get your content, and you get their details.

That’s it. You’re live.
